this place was super clean and the staff are super nice! i really love the ambiance because it is great and the cleanliness is superb! the hotel have a mall connected to the hotel, so there are many shopping options. the water park is a cool feature for the whole family.
the room usb port was loose, so it made it really hard to charge devices properly. this impact the comfort of my stay.

this hotel is close to the airport with really good facilities. nearby the hotel there is also a mall connected, it had sheltered walkways to the resort, so it was easy to access even when it rains.

the room was big compared to other rooms around here. the room included good amenities, so it had an overall relaxing atmosphere. i booked a standard double or twin room, it was very spacious and comfortable.

the food is good at the resort. the resort has not enough room sometimes, so some of us stay at a boss hotel, but we chartered a bus back to the resort to have our lunch and dinner.

the hotel has a wild wild wet park, this is a great attraction if you travel with family. there is a shopping center attached, no need to travel further except for sightseeing. the location is close to the airport.

the manager is very polite and make everyone happy. the front office staff are polite and courteous always, they are always there to help us out. staffs service were great and always friendly.

The staff was helpful with directions. the resort area has many shops. i found a large park next door. the water park was also right next door. It provided a very good place to cool down. the cuisines in the mall area had a wide spread. service from staff was prompt and excellent, i spent the whole day at wild wild wet park.
the minimalist rooms did not include glasses to drink water. it was an inconvenience.

i loved how close it was to everything! the shopping center had tons of food options, i was never hungry. plus, being so near the airport made my early morning flight super easy. the room even had blackout curtains. i slept like a baby!
the ground floor unit was a bit close to the barbecue pit, so it got a little noisy when others were using it.

The staff was super kind. they allowed me to check in early, which i really appreciated after my long flight. This made my day infinitely better. i could get settled right away.

My room was large, clean, and had comfortable mattresses. i also had four separate beds. This was perfect for my family. the blackout curtains were awesome, especially for a good sleep.

While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, this includes a shopping center! there are a lot of possibilities. This guarantees something for everyone.

the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby bus stops and the MRT station. i found many eateries around the area which suited my needs. the wild wild wet ticket included with the room rate was a great value.
finding the room at night was quite difficult, more support from the staff would be helpful.

the location near the shopping center proved acceptable.
The room smelled strongly of chlorine. It was quite unpleasant. the absence of a bathtub was also disappointing, considering other features were lacking. i would not consider staying again due to these issues.

I found the room large and very clean. It was close to a shopping mall. It offered many places to buy meals plus a supermarket as well as specialty stores. The bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep.
I needed to request bedroom slippers, coffee, and sometimes hand towels. A shower cap was not provided in the room. I also found some ants crawling on the table and walls at the balcony.

the location was excellent, close to shops. we arrived at 11 pm and could still get some supper from local hawker shops nearby. the check-in process was quick and seamless. i was very impressed with the room, it was clean and spacious.
the room was very basic (i think it needs an upgrade). it was very warm even with the air-conditioning turned on. the fridge wasn't cold and had a pool of water at the base of it.
